About Me

Mishia Mikko Heflin is a young entrepreneur and mother of seven. She grew up in North Brentwood, Maryland a town in Prince George’s County in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. While navigating through life’s trials and tribulations alongside her background in Human Services and Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, and the government financial industry, she has been able to obtain a diverse wealth of knowledge and wisdom. Her passion to be a champion and leader of women who’ve struggled in life that want to break free from the stigmas, activate their resilience and regain their power is what lead her to write these guides and build an entire community based around them.
