Dr. Jeremy Strickland Owoh is a transformational educational leader and superintendent of the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District, where he leads with a clear focus on Academics, Behavior, and Culture. With experience spanning teacher, principal, district, and state leadership, he has consistently driven innovation, improved outcomes, and expanded opportunities for students and educators alike.

Dr. Owoh has served as Deputy Superintendent of Little Rock School District, Superintendent of Pine Bluff School District, and Assistant Commissioner at the Arkansas Department of Education. He currently serves as President of the ISTE+ASCD Board of Directors, influencing education at a national level.
